Maison Doré is London Luxury Resort's signature dining destination. Executive Chef Pierre Leclercq brings two decades of Michelin-starred experience to a menu that celebrates the very best of seasonal British produce through a classical French lens.


The room itself is a masterpiece — intimate yet grand, with high ceilings, candlelit tables, and a wine list assembled by our head sommelier that spans 600 references from the world's greatest vineyards.
